 Children's Ministry
Jesus said, "Let the children come to me, for to them belongs the kingdom of God." - Mark 10:14.  We strive to offer quality programs for children and youth to help them grow in their faith.  We have an active youth group that offers weekly youth programs, retreats, summer camps, and special events. Some of the programs and special events we offer for children and youth include:

Vacation Bible School
Our summer VBS program is coming June 3-6 from 9-12:00noon each day. Out theme this year is "Scuba: Diving into Friendship with God." Offered for kids ages Pre-K through the 5th grade, VBS is sure to be a fun and full week of learning about God and growing in our faith. Please complete the 2024 VBS Registration Form and return it to the church office (2420 13th Street West; Billings; 59102) or e-mail it to mainoffice@fpcbillings.org. For families who would rather not have their children photographed during the week, please complete the Photo Restriction Form and bring it with you to the church on Monday, June 3. Any questions about VBS, please contact our children's ministry director Nichole Bodalski through the church office at 406-252-3434.

AWANA KIDS CLUB

“Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.” - 2 Timothy 2:25.
The AWANA program is based off of this verse and means "Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed."

Our volunteers and staff aim to help children become confident in their relationship with God.  Each Wednesday, they have opportunities to memorize Bible verses, sing fun songs, play games, and build relationships. We focus on the three B’s that AWANA teaches is most important: Believe, Become, Belong. Through our ministry, we want our children to build a relationship with Jesus by feeling like they belong, we want them to believe in his truth, and to help them become disciples of Christ. By helping kids in their early years, 3-year-olds through 5th graders, AWANA builds a strong foundation to be able to strengthen their relationship with God.

Sunday School For Kids
Sunday school is held during the school year for children ages kindergarten through the 5th grade about half way through worship each Sunday. Following the Children's Time during our worship service each week, children are invited to attend Sunday school which is provided for the last half of our worship service. Sunday school is optional and if kids are more comfortable with staying with their parents for worship, that is totally fine with us. Sunday school is taught by our three college interns who have a special appreciation for kids and a deep love for the Lord.
